This course guides workshop participants on a path of heightened self-awareness and personal discovery revealing each participant’s unique behavioral style blend and “how to” apply that knowledge prescriptively, boosting communication effectiveness. We blend DISC and the S.M.I.L.E. effect to deliver a high level training program that will increase productivity and profitability in any organization.
This interactive workshop is best delivered in person as role playing is part of the agenda.
