Learn to Lead
Transitioning from Peer to Leader may begin with a promotion, but it requires far more than just adapting to a new job. Set them up for success with this 4 week / 3 hour a day program tailor-made for participants in transition from an individual contributors to a leader. Your new leader will make new connections, learn with other peers taking this journey too, and grow personally and professionally.
The Workshop Leader will guide new leaders through an engaging class centered around understanding many-facets for their new roles and responsibilities.
- Participants will learn their communication style, how to recognize their teams' style, and how to manage conflict resolution.
- Participants will learn the how to hire, train and retain their teams.
- Participants will learn how to navigate employee stressors through effectively sharing and managing performance expectations and understand the importance of accountability.
- Participants will focus on developing action plans to apply what they’ve learned and use each shift they work.
