Transitioning from Peer to Leader may begin with a promotion, but it requires far more than just adapting to a new job. Set your new supervisors up for success with this tailor-made class for participants in transition from individual contributors to leaders. Your new leader will make new connections, learn alongside peers on this journey, and grow both personally and professionally.
The Workshop Leader will guide new leaders through an engaging class centered around understanding many facets of their new roles and responsibilities.
This hybrid program has online learning and classroom collaboration to drive real results.
Each participant will receive a Chromebook to use while enrolled in the class.
On the last day, the certification will be taken in the classroom, and the Chromebook will be returned upon completion of this course.
We believe in small class size that delivers BIG results.
This cohort is limited to 8 participants.
Classroom commitment: 18 hours
Computer commitment: 20 hours

Virtual Training
Do you have multiple locations you want to be trained to receive the same material without the cost of bringing them all into one area?
No problem!
We will curate and coordinate training using ZOOM and drop ship our material so they receive everything as if we were all together.
